How We Protect Your Data, Account & Disputes

We treat account security and data handling as non-negotiable. When you sign up, your identity is verified once — then we never ask for your full credentials again inside the account.

Data Encryption

All account logins, deposits and withdrawals are encrypted end-to-end. Your banking details are never displayed in full after the first deposit; only the last four digits appear in your history.

Dispute Resolution

Unauthorized transactions are investigated within three business days. File a dispute from your account or contact support with the transaction date and payment method. We reverse fraudulent charges if verified.

Transaction Retention

We keep all account and payment records for seven years. You can download a full account statement from Settings > History anytime to verify deposits, withdrawals and activity.

Account Deletion Request

You can request permanent account deletion from Settings > Account. The process takes seven business days; after that, your personal data and gaming history are purged where local law permits.

Payment Method Updates

Change your linked DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account anytime in Wallet settings. The new method is verified on your next deposit; old details are not retained once replaced.
